Cos Verdi is an open romaine lettuce with crisp hearts and a rich sweet flavour. Can be harvested early for baby lettuce. Cos lettuce are great for Caesar salads because of their lasting crunch. Prefers moist fertile well drained soil but grows well in almost any garden soil in a sunny position, well watered. 150 seeds.
